Witness
the historic sites
and vibrant cosmopolitan
life of Dubai as
we take you on this
city tour. We shall
fake you to the
picturesque palace
and this residential
area which is the
home of the famous
Jumeira Mosque.
A full view of the
city can be seen
as we then proceed
to the World Trade
Centre. The famous
Sheikh Saeed House
(former residence
of the ruling family)
would be our next
stop. This ancient
palace with wind-towers
(an ancient form
of air-conditioning)
and layers of rooms
built around a central
courtyard, shows
us a fine example
of the region's
traditional architecture.
Our
drive continues
to the old part
of the city, the
Bastakia area, to
the Dubai Museum
at the Al Fahidi
Fort which was built
150 years ago. Experience
the unique ride
on an ohm (traditional
water-taxi) across
the Dubai Creek
to the Deira side
of the city. This

you to the Emirate
of Sharjah, also

this emirate, one
of the many landmarks
to take photo is
the King Faisal
Mosque, currently

in the Emirates.
We shall then continue
to the renovated
Fort of Sharjah,
which is used to
be the residence
of the ruling family
that was originally
built in 1820. The
Al Naboodah House,
the museum for cultural
heritage is the
next place to see.
A quick stroll on
the adjacent souks
of 'Al Arsa' and
at the Majarrah
Souk shall take
you then to our
next venue which
is the souk 'Al
Markazi' - a treasure
trove of carpets,
jewelry and handicrafts.

a short stop for
shopping at the
Gold Center, our

the emirates of
Ajman and its famous
museum for a short
briefing about the
Emirates' past before
the oil was discovered.
We shall then have
the opportunity
to visit the old
dhow-building yards

dhows (wooden sailing
boats) are still
built today in the
tradition of the
past. This concludes
our tour before
heading back to
hotel.
Located
140 kms from Dubai
at the foot of the
mountains, Al Am,
which had a history
dating back to 4
millenium BC, is
known for its modern
charms mixed with

parks, gardens,
and wide boulevards.
In this green land,

gift to the Bedouins.
People in the early

goods from one place

in-groups, otherwise
known as caravans.
Camels endure the
strong winds in
the desert thus

these wonderful
