in UAE is to use free zone
facilities. In that way all
procedures from the very early
beginning till establishing

please be advised that not
all kind of companies can
be established in free zones.

To settle business
in UAE outside free zones
it is also very easy, but
you have to find local national
agent for partnership. The
most popular kind of company
you can establish is Limited
Liability Capital Company
(LLC). Under this kind of
partnership the local will
be 51% share holder and foreigner
will be 49% share holder.
